We offer Beef in ¼, ½, and whole and Pork in ½ or whole.

FAQ

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the perishable nature of the products we do not accept returns. We take great pride in offering the highest quality locally raised meats and services to our customers. If you feel we have not met this standard, please contact us at (217) 896-2532 or allensmeats86@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase and we will be happy to assist you in the appropriate course of action. We will review these inquiries case by case.

Do you ship in state or out of state?

Allen's Meats does not offer shipping. Orders that are placed will be filled as quickly as possible and the customer will be notified when the order is ready for pick up. We have a convenient drive up window located on the southend of our building to be used to pick up orders during business hours: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. There is no customer access for customers picking up online orders as we only offer access to customers that are picking up custom meat processing orders.

Is my information secure if I pay online?

Absolutely! All personal information is kept secure while using the online payment option and when filling out information on the contact tab.
